2 oz. Oregon Whipper Snapper Whiskey
3/4 oz. fresh blood orange juice
3/4 oz. Poor Man’s Kitchen Vanilla Almond syrup
1 egg white
Garnish: orange peel + 2 dashes Hella Bitter Citrus
Sunday Two Step
1 1/2 oz. Below Deck Spiced Rum
3/4 oz. Cointreau
3/4 oz. lime juice
1/2 oz. Poor Man’s Kitchen Vanilla Almond syrup
Garnish: lime wheel, pinch of nutmeg + 2 dashes Scrappy’s lavender bitters
